This Privacy Policy explains what information Youda AI collects when you use our AI coding assistant API subscription service, and how we handle it. We collect as little as possible.

1. What We Collect

• Purchase information: handled by the marketplace where you buy (such as G2G). We never see or store your payment card details.
• Service data: your activation status, subscription plan, request counts, and technical logs (timestamps, status codes, approximate request sizes) needed to operate quotas and troubleshoot issues.
• Support communication: emails or marketplace messages you send us.

2. Your Code and Prompts

Requests you send through the API are relayed to the underlying AI model to produce responses. We do not sell your prompts or code, and we do not use them to build marketing profiles. Request content passes through our infrastructure only as needed to deliver the Service.

3. Cookies & Analytics

This website stores only one item in your browser: your language preference. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts.

4. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. Data is shared only with the infrastructure and model providers strictly necessary to run the Service, or when required by law.

5. Retention & Deletion

Service logs are kept only as long as needed for operations and troubleshooting. When your subscription ends, you may email us to request deletion of your support correspondence and account records.
